We at Emofreetherapy are the sole owners of the information collected on this site and can only have collect information from you, or have access to it, that you voluntarily give us by means of email, through subscribing to the newsletter, google forms or through some other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
Also, although we will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us, we will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization. Personal Information is stored securely and is never shared with any third party.
Refund Policy
You will not be issued a refund for any course, Therapy sessions or products purchased on this website.
PayPal
We use PayPal to bill users for goods and services. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order - other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

TERMS OF SERVICE
I am not a Medical Doctor. I have a M.A degree in Psychology. The Counseling and EFT services provided by me are not to be construed as practice of medicine or tele-medicine.
If you are taking any drugs for your medical/psychological condition, then it should NOT be discontinued. Advice should be taken from the Medical Doctor you are consulting, before doing so.
EFT and other counseling/therapy techniques have no side effects and don't involve drugs. However, you as a client, should take full responsibility for your mental, emotional and physical well being.
Client confidentiality is given utmost importance.
The session data will be kept completely confidential and will not be disclosed in any form, unless there is a danger of self harm, elder harm or harm to another person. There are also some limitations to information exchange on the internet. The information you share, like your name and email will be used by scheduling and billing applications.
In some cases where EFT isn't an appropriate method for your condition, it will be stated in advance by me. I will not be taking up these cases.
I have a right to terminate therapy and refer you to another therapist (with your permission), if I feel that you are not benefiting from the therapy sessions.
Therapy is non-judgmental and involves a fine balance between objectivity and empathy. It is a collaborative effort between the therapist and the client. Clients are helped in taking decisions on their own and unsolicited advises are not forced on them.
Psychologists/therapists "do not engage in unfair discrimination based on age, gender, gender identity, race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, socioeconomic status, or any basis proscribed by law".
Payment has to be made before the scheduled session.
Cancellation/Re-scheduling requires at least 24 hours notice. Please honor my time.
Although I have a stable internet connection and power back-up, I cannot be held responsible for unforeseen problems that may occur in my online and mobile services due to computer malfunctioning, and/or loss of electricity or Internet connection.
