I find EFT to be that – gentle & effective in healing deep rooted, complex issues layer-by-layer. I follow a trauma-informed, somatic & mindfulness based approach to EFT.
I’ve worked with people with anxiety & overwhelm, trauma, addictions, limiting beliefs and patterns as well as inner child healing. I honor and enjoy witnessing my clients’ journey into deeper self-connection and trust in their agency & inherent wisdom.
