PAYMENT POLICIES
Payment has to be made before the scheduled session
Discounted EFT Session Packages:
The paid discounted session packages will expire within 6 months from the date of purchase.
Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy:
The appointment time that is made for the client is valuable and irreplaceable; therefore a Cancellation Policy is used. If you have to cancel/re-schedule a session then please give me a 24 hours notice, either by phone or e-mail, otherwise you'll be charged for the full session. If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the full session. In case of any kind of health emergency, kindly inform prior to the session via sms or e-mail and you won’t be charged.
Arriving late with notification:
If you notify me, even a few minutes ahead of time by e-mail or sms, your appointment time will be held for you and you will get the time that remains in that session. Otherwise you will be charged for the full session.
REFUND POLICY
Once the payment has been made, it cannot be refunded.
