Re-schedule & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Re-schedule & Missed Appointment Policy 

Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as they provide 24 hours notice. If you cancel/re-schedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged for the appointment.

This cancellation policy is really important for my therapy practice because in my line of work as therapists/EFT practitioners we see 4-5 or even less clients daily. I reserve the slot for my clients, a full hour or 90 mins of my time for the session.  If a client cancels/re-schedules with less than a full 24-hour notice, I won’t be able to fill that time slot, and I’ll lose an entire hour from my work schedule.

Hence, if for any reason, except personal health emergency, you miss the appoitnment or need to reschedule/cancel less than 24 hours prior, the full fee will be charged.

Since you can re-schedule/cancel via calendly, I would urge you to make sure that your re-schedule/cancellation follows the policy.
