Free and Confidential 30 minutes Session
Purpose of the 30 minutes Session is to discuss your expectations with the therapy
process and the changes you would like to bring in your life (outcome). This session gives
you an opportunity to clarify your doubts about EFT and psychotherapy.
You can decide after this session, if you need to take the paid EFT or psychotherapy sessions.

EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES (EFT)
EFT is an excellent therapeutic tool for psychological and physical issues. I apply Original EFT instructions as taught by Gary Craig and the Evolving versions of EFT in the therapy sessions. Experience the power of affirmations in the therapy/consultation sessions!
Counseling/Psychotherapy combined with EFT is a potent tool for finding core issues & understanding the nature of problems to achieve faster resolution.
Geo- Specific EFT application
I have spent the last few years in researching EFT architecture and methodologies and invented Geo-specific EFT approach. It is a new approach in EFT that can dramatically reduce the time in resolving issues.
In my 7+ years of therapy experience I have worked with various clients across the globe with diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. As each person carries a unique cultural blueprint that is enmeshed in developing issues, Geo-Specific EFT Approach helps to untangle and identify the core issues.
Customized wording for affirmations according to culture and belief system of the client is required. People manifest their issues in different ways and cultural variations specifically play a vital role. Only developing customized wording for affirmations in EFT gives an edge to it. Algorithms for client specific problems are also used.
I use PSYCHO-ANALYTICAL TOOLS to customize the affirmations and to find the core aspects of a problem.

PSYCHOTHERAPY
As a Counseling Psychologist, I help individuals in overcoming problems affecting their daily lives. The focus is on adjustment problems rather than serious psychiatric illnesses. I deal with neurosis (anxiety, panic attacks, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Phobias, PTSD etc) which is less severe psychopathology than psychosis (Schizophrenia, Mental retardation, etc).
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT focuses on the way you think and act, to help you with your emotional and behavioural problems. CBT helps in identifying the problems and involves techniques to identify errors in the way you may be thinking and to adopt more rational and realistic thoughts, attitudes and beliefs. You will be given behavioural strategies that you can incorporate into your life to improve your day-to-day functioning.
CBT works on the principle that you can live more happily and productively if you’re thinking in healthy ways.
Psychological Assessment tests are also employed.
I also provide Assertiveness Training.
Characteristics of Counseling
Client confidentiality is given utmost importance.
Therapy is non-judgmental and involves a fine balance between objectivity and empathy.
It is a collaborative effort between the therapist and the client.
Clients are helped in taking decisions on their own and unsolicited advices are not forced on them.
