About Me: I have worked as a health and healing therapist for the past 20 years. I have used different food and health therapies and meditation techniques to treat myself and others. Eft has been one tool that has helped me very much with my own healing. I use many years of my own inner healing lessons to support others to open up to their own healing. EFT is one of the simplest, non-invasive, non-intensive methods that you can feel safe and enjoy getting to work on yourself.
